A Gown Made of Memory

By Moon Lace ~· ~ July Release

I didn’t set out to make a tribute. I just wanted to let the lace speak.

It began with a butterfly pattern, quiet and delicate. I placed it on white—just white—and watched as she shimmered to life. Candlelight yellow wove through the specular like warmth over memory, and blue—so pale you had to feel it more than see it—began to whisper along the back straps. Then the gown shifted on the avatar. It moved. It lived. And I suddenly knew who it was for.

Whisperwax is for Kimberley Alice.   Not just named in her memory—but born from the things she loved: lace that flutters, light that moves, stories told in soft shimmer. She was that kind of beauty—the kind that rests in your palm, then takes off before you quite realize you were holding something rare.

This gown carries a bit of her. And, if you wear it gently, maybe you will too.

Crafted in semi-sheer white butterfly lace with a high slit and a light that feels alive, Whisperwax comes in multiple body fits (Legacy, Kupra, LaraX, Reborn, Waifu). You’ll find her now in-world at the front of my store and on Marketplace—with a demo, because every moment of her deserves to be tried on first.

Thank you, Kim.   For the shimmer. For the flutter. For reminding me that sometimes, we don’t design gowns— we remember them. 🦋
